Recruitment Assistant

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and recruit qualified seafarers across ranks and vessel types
• Conduct pre-screening assessments
• Assist in the deployment, and crewing management
• Ensure compliance with international maritime regulations and company standards
• Handle, maintain and process essential crew documents, ensuring compliance with international regulations and relevant laws / regulations.
• Respond to inquiries of crew and provide support on fleet operational-related matters
• Provide administrative support to the Operations Department.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree graduate
• Experience in maritime recruitment or crewing operations
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with STCW, MLC, and other maritime regulations
• Proficient in MS Office
• Detail-oriented and ready to thrive in a fast-paced maritime environment
