Recruitment Assistant

Responsible for sourcing, interviewing, assessing, and processing needed manpower for Operations.
Ensure approval of manpower requisition for every manpower requirement.
Post vacancies in all relevant sources.
Screen and select applicants based on the specified qualifications.
Invite applicants for an interview schedule.
Conduct initial interview
Coordinate with provider trade testing of selected applicants.
Administer and interpret test exams based on the position applied/considered for.
Coordinate exploratory and in-depth interviews for Supervisory and highly technical positions.
Ensure pre-employment forms and documents are completed before onboarding selected candidate/s for the position.
Coordinate and monitor the preparation and signing of the contract before endorsement to the requestor for deployment.
Participate in Job fairs, Local Recruitment Activities, and other recruitment activities.
