Recruitment Associate

We are looking for a proactive and motivated Talent Acquisition Associate to join our growing HR team. The ideal candidate should thrive in a fast-paced environment, have strong English communication skills, and hands-on experience with Indeed Employer Account for end-to-end recruitment.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end recruitment for multiple positions

Candidates must have an active Indeed employer account.

Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews

Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers

Maintain recruitment trackers and hiring reports

Ensure timely follow-ups with candidates and internal stakeholders

Support onboarding and documentation process as needed

Requirements:

Prior experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment

Hands-on experience using Indeed Employer Account

Strong spoken and written English communication skills
