Recruitment Associate

JOB SUMMARY:

Recruitment Associate supports the Human Resources Department in executing end-to-end recruitment activities to ensure timely hiring of qualified candidates for store and office operations. This role assists in sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and maintaining recruitment records while ensuring compliance with company policies and labor regulations.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Recruitment & Staffing

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment process for store and office-based positions
• Post job vacancies on recruitment platforms, social media, and other sourcing channels
• Screen resumes and conduct initial applicant interviews
• Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers and applicants
• Prepare job offers and assist in onboarding requirements
• Maintain and update manpower requests and hiring trackers
