Recruitment Associate

Job Description:

• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline by sourcing candidates through various recruitment channels and search methods.
• Post job openings across internal platforms, job boards, social media, and the company's careers page.
• Participate in career fairs and job fairs to attract potential candidates.
• Conduct initial candidate screening prior to endorsement to the Talent Acquisition team.
• Collaborate with management to identify current and future hiring needs.
• Meet monthly hiring targets and provide regular recruitment updates and reports to department heads.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resource, Business Management and related fields.
• Atleast 6 months to 1 year experience
• Good communication and interview skills

Job Type: Fixed term
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: Php20, Php25,000.00 per month
