Recruitment Associate

About the role

As a Recruitment Associate, you will play a pivotal role in sourcing and securing top talent for our clients. This is a full-time position based in Ortigas, Pasig City, Metro Manila.

What you'll be doing

1. Partner with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and define the ideal candidate profile
2. Proactively source, screen, and qualify candidates from various channels including job boards, social media, and referrals
3. Conduct in-depth interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit
4. Manage the candidate recruitment pipeline and provide regular updates to hiring managers
5. Negotiate offers and handle candidate onboarding to ensure a smooth transition
6. Continuously develop your industry and market knowledge to enhance your recruitment strategies
7. Contribute to the overall growth and success of the Viventis Search Asia team
