Recruitment
Key Responsibilities:
Utilize job boards and online platforms to source and attract qualified candidates.
Draft and post job advertisements in line with hiring needs.
Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
Maintain and update candidate pipelines and applicant tracking system.
Support the end-to-end recruitment process including job offers and onboarding.
Project Coordination
Coordinate with internal departments and external partners to ensure all event and project deliverables are met on time and within budget.
Develop detailed project/event plans, timelines, and post-event reports.
Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
Support ad-hoc administrative tasks and initiatives as needed.
