Recruitment Associate

Tasks and Responsibilities

• Source, process and endorse high quality targeted candidates based on client needs.
• Actively close out vacancies in a short amount of time.
• Maintain outstanding candidate experience through providing the highest levels of service.
• Manage internal trackers and database.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of BS Psychology, BSBA Human Resources Management and other related courses.
• With at least 1 year of experience in doing end to end recruitment
• Should have exceptional oral and written communication skills.
• Amenable to travel and work on-site in Ortigas Pasig City.
• Open also to Fresh Graduates with excellent academic background.
