Recruitment Associate

The Recruitment Associate supports the execution of day-to-day recruitment activities, with a strong focus on high-volume hiring for café and store operations. The role is primarily responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates to ensure timely and cost-effective filling of frontline and associate-level roles. He / She works closely with the Recruitment Manager and Hiring Managers to support staffing requirements and provide regular updates on hiring progress.

Reporting to the Recruitment Manager, the Recruitment Associate helps represent Mary Grace Foods, Inc. as an employer of choice by ensuring a positive candidate experience at every stage of the hiring process. This role contributes to building and maintaining a reliable talent pool for current and future café staffing needs.
