Job Description

We are looking for a high-energy Recruitment Caller to join our recruitment team. This role is focused on volume: reviewing large numbers of CVs, calling candidates, qualifying them quickly, and scheduling video interviews for strong profiles.

You will be the first point of contact with candidates and play a key role in keeping our recruitment pipeline moving fast and efficiently.

This position is ideal for someone who is proactive, comfortable making a high number of calls every day, works well with targets, and can assess candidates clearly and objectively.
