Recruitment Consultant / Associate

This role handles end-to-end of the recruitment search process, including direct candidate and client interactions. It requires someone who is resourceful and enjoys getting to know people. Perform market intelligence research on talent and industry landscape and trends, participate in talent mapping projects Perform candidate generation by means of internet research and usage of social media tools Walk candidates through the recruitment process, including managing candidates' expectations Conduct regular search status reviews with clients Industry focus: Industrial, Semiconductor, Technology
Requirements 3 to 5 years of professional work experience.
