Recruitment Consultant

We are looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join our team in Bogota, Colombia office. You will be responsible for managing the whole recruitment process with the client, executing the position, and establishing new business relationships.

Responsibilities:

• Perform recruitment of professionals for Pacifica Continental clients by developing a recruitment strategy, sourcing of candidates, CV screening, phone screening, face to face and skype interview;
• Managing the recruitment process through interviews to offer stage and beyond;
• Networking in order to build business information that can be converted into our business portfolio;
• Search and attract candidates through databases, hunting, and social media;
• Manage recruitment processes with Pacifica Continental clients.

• Bachelor's degree completed;
