We are looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join our team in Bogota, Colombia office. You will have a 360 role and will be responsible for managing the whole recruitment process with the client, executing the position, and establishing new business relationships.
Your role and main responsibilities:

• Perform recruitment of professionals for Pacifica Continental clients by developing a recruitment strategy, sourcing of candidates, CV screening, phone screening, face to face and online interview;
