Recruitment Consultant (Candidate Sourcing Focus)

Location: Chinatown Point, Singapore

What You'll Do:

• ✅ Craft and post job ads
• ✅ Source candidates via job portals, social media, and referrals
• ✅ Screen and interview potential candidates
• ✅ Build strong pipelines and maintain relationships
• ✅ Track all candidate activity using Excel
• ✅ Work closely with our team to deliver successful placements

What We’re Looking For:

• CEI (Basic or KAH) certified
• Min. 2 years of recruitment/sourcing experience
• Proven track record of meeting KPIs or targets
• Bilingual in English & Mandarin (to liaise with Mandarin‑speaking candidates)
• Independent, driven, and Excel-savvy
