Project Manager – Data Centers

Location: Ohio (Columbus region)

Base salary: $150,000 - $200,000

Full‑time, permanent

A growing general contractor within the Mission Critical/Data Center space is looking to add an experienced Project Manager to support ongoing and upcoming projects.

• Manage projects from early procurement through final turnover
• Lead buyout activities, subcontractor negotiations, and scope reviews
• Handle contracts, change management, and project financial tracking
• Drive project schedules and trade sequencing across complex builds
• Coordinate electrical, mechanical, and commissioning scopes
• Work closely with clients, field teams, consultants, and trade partners

• Experience working for a GC on Mission Critical/Data Center projects
• Strong understanding of MEP infrastructure and technical coordination
