Key Responsibilities:
Develop and expand client base within the transportation and logistics sector

Source high-quality temporary and permanent candidates for HGV and logistics roles

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates

Conduct business development activities to drive agency growth

Manage full recruitment lifecycle from initial client contact to candidate placement
Requirements:
Proven sales and recruitment experience, preferably in logistics or transportation
