Caring Approach is a fast growing, vibrant, supportive and caring organisation . We provide tailored in home support, community care and accommodation for the elderly and people with both physical and intellectual disabilities across Sydney & Canberra.

We are seeking caring and professional individuals to become part of the Caring Approach HR team to assist in identifying and recruiting skilled candidates. Caring Approach has one position available to join our Sydney team as a Recruitment Consultant.



General duties include:



Screen potential employees’ resumes, assess application forms and determine most suitable candidates for a vacancy, including reporting on effectiveness of job ads and the creation of new advertisements.

Avoid any biases in the processes, such as past experience, sexual orientation, and gender identity biases, among others, to ensure the company remains an equal opportunity employer.
