Recruitment Consultant

We're looking for a Recruitment Consultant with previous agency experience. This is a full 360° recruitment role with a strong focus on business development, cold and warm calling, and account management across multiple industries.
Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively develop new business through new business generation, networking, and client meetings across multiple industries
• Maintain and grow existing accounts, ensuring high levels of service delivery
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from vacancy brief to placement
• Build and manage long-term client relationships
• Achieve and exceed individual billing and activity targets

Minimum requirements:

• Minimum 2-3 years' experience in a recruitment
• Strong business development and prospecting experience
• Agency environment experience
• Target-driven, resilient, and self-motivated
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
