Job Description

  1. Manage full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placement.
  2. Build and maintain pipelines of passive candidates (hidden talent pool).
  3. Partner with clients to understand hiring needs and deliver tailored solutions.
  4. Source through multiple channels—LinkedIn, referrals, job boards, networking.
  5. Present shortlisted candidates, manage interviews, and close offers.
  6. Track recruitment metrics and maintain data accuracy in the ATS.
  7. Support business development and client relationship management.
