We're looking for a smart, driven professional from the staffing industry who enjoys working with clients, understands hiring dynamics, and is open to contributing to sales and business growth.
You don't need deep tech recruitment experience — what matters most is your ability to understand client needs, engage with business stakeholders, and learn quickly.
What you'll do:
• Manage end-to-end recruitment, with exposure to tech and ERP hiring
• Build and maintain talent pipelines aligned to market demand
• Interact closely with clients to understand requirements and provide hiring insights
• Work in an RPO-driven environment (preferred)
