understand client needs, engage with business stakeholders, and learn quickly

What you'll do:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment, with exposure to tech and ERP hiring

• Build and maintain talent pipelines aligned to market demand

• Interact closely with clients to understand requirements and provide hiring insights

• Work in an RPO-driven environment (preferred)
