Recruitment Consultant (Mississauga)

We are hiring for the position of IT Recruitment & Business Development Consultant focused on the Canada/US market, located in downtown Toronto (in office) with a full time commitment. As an IT staffing company specializing in Capital Markets, SAP, AI, and enterprise technology roles, we seek a high-performance recruiter with a sales mindset to help scale our hiring and build new client/vendor relationships.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing and recruiting candidates for IT roles in the Canada/US market
• Managing end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, and submission
• Generating leads and connecting with vendors (MSPs, Tier-1 partners), hiring managers, and staffing companies
• Building relationships via LinkedIn, email, and calls
• Understanding client requirements and delivering quality candidates
