Recruitment Consultant

This role focuses on junior to mid-level hiring across functions such as Finance, Operations, HR, and Corporate Support.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle (sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer management)
• Develop and maintain strong candidate pipelines
• Conduct interviews and assess candidate suitability
• Partner with clients to understand hiring requirements
• Perform market mapping and talent engagement
• Achieve monthly performance targets and revenue goals

Requirements

• Diploma / Degree in any discipline
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-driven, resilient, and target-oriented
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, KPI-driven environment
