About the Role
We're looking for a high-performing Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team in Santiago, Chile. This role is initially remote and best suited for an experienced recruiter who enjoys owning searches end-to-end and working with international tech clients, particularly in the U.S. and Canadian markets.
You'll influence hiring strategy, and deliver top-tier talent in competitive environments.
What You'll Do
• Work the full recruitment lifecycle, from intake to offer.
• Source and engage senior and hard-to-find tech talent.
• Conduct in-depth candidate interviews and assessments.
• Present strong shortlists with clear insights and recommendations.
• Partner closely with clients as a trusted recruitment advisor.
