RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT

Forefront Recruitment is based on the Mornington Peninsula, working with construction clients across Australia. The business has been built on long-term relationships and repeat work, so you’re not starting from scratch. There is live activity from day one, but you will be expected to take ownership, build relationships and run recruitment processes properly.

This is a phone-based sales role. You will be cold-calling candidates and clients, headhunting passive talent, and building relationships over time. If you are uncomfortable picking up the phone, handling rejection or working in a fast-paced environment, this role will not suit you.

You will work directly with the Director, learning how briefs are taken, how negotiations are handled and how long-term partnerships are built. There is no internal politics or corporate structure, just a clear line between effort and outcome.
