Recruitment Consultant

Overview

The Recruitment Consultant will be responsible for the day-to-day tasks of:

• Establish and maintain good relationship with clients and candidates to achieve high retention
• Manage end-to-end recruitment process between clients and candidates, including providing professional advice to clients and candidates
• Source and secure new clients and/or job positions actively
• Service existing client accounts to meet their business and operational needs
• Engage in data mining and research to identify new leads and market trend
• Meet agreed KPI and sales targets
