Recruitment Consultant

We are seeking a dynamic Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet our staffing needs.

Job Responsibilities

• Utilize various recruitment methods to source candidates, including job boards, social media, and networking events
• Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screens to assess candidate qualifications
• Coordinate interviews and facilitate communication between candidates and hiring managers
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates to ensure a positive experience throughout the recruitment process
• Stay up-to-date on employment labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance in recruiting practices

Job Requirements

• Diploma / Degree Holder with 2-3 years of working experience
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
• Strong communication and relationship management skills
