Overview:
Our client is looking for a highly driven 360 Recruitment Consultant (Business Development Focus) to drive both client acquisition and end-to-end recruitment delivery. This is a BD-first role with the opportunity to build and shape your own desk, develop new client relationships, and grow alongside the business. While our client is currently active in sectors such as healthcare, hospitality, and eldercare, they are open to other industries if you have the network and expertise to bring in new business. This role is ideal for someone entrepreneurial who wants the upside of building something from the ground up, with the potential to grow into a General Manager / leadership role as the business scales.
