• Communicate with candidates to get a clear view on their job hunt needs and expectations
• Research on different platforms for suitable candidates.
• Conduct confidential interviews
• Follow-up references and check credits
• Follow-up with candidates after interview sessions
• Present detailed candidate profile summaries
• Build trusts and reputation in candidates circle
• Try to expand the circle and also different outsource for candidates.
• Report to Recruitment Manager
• CEI certificatation
