Recruitment Consultant

Job Details:

* Location: Orchard

* Salary: Up to $4500/month (with basic)

* Duration: Perm

* Working hours: Mon to Fri, 8.30am – 5.30pm

Job Scope:

• Source and identify suitable candidates through active sourcing, headhunting, and screening.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including interview coordination, candidate assessment, and timely feedback.
• Handle offer management, salary negotiations, and provide recruitment market insights to clients and candidates.

Requirements:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage candidates and stakeholders.
• Results-oriented mindset with the ability to meet recruitment targets and KPIs.
• Good negotiation and influencing skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and timelines efficiently.
