EA Personnel - CEI Basic

Key Responsibilities

• Manage helper candidate workflows (screening, interviews, onboarding)

• Create accurate, polished biodata

• Handle MOM submissions: IPA, WP, SIP, Medical, Thumbprint, Card Collection

• Coordinate helper arrival, deployment & follow-ups

• Maintain compliance, records & timeline tracking

• Support employers only when needed

• Provide remote customer service via WhatsApp & email
