The Role

• Sourcing, screening and qualifying candidates across the full IT stack (software development, infrastructure, cloud, data, cyber, DevOps, ERP, digital, etc.
• Conducting detailed candidate interviews, technical discussions and availability checks
• Winning new clients by proactively calling and emailing potential clients, introducing Leap29 and uncovering hiring needs
