Recruitment Consultant

We are looking for a Recruitment Consultant to support our business growth by sourcing and managing employer accounts.

This role is suitable for individuals with strong communication skills and interest in recruitment, sales, or HR services.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential employers who require manpower or recruitment services
• Promote recruitment and EA services to Singapore-based companies
• Build and maintain good relationships with employers
• Understand employers’ hiring needs and job requirements
• Coordinate with internal recruitment consultants on candidate matching
• Follow up with employers on job orders and service agreements
• Maintain proper records of client communications and leads

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma or equivalent (preferred but not mandatory)
• CEI (Basic) or CEI (KAH) certified
