Recruitment Coordinator

Reporting to the Recruitment Supervisor, the Recruitment Coordinator will be focused on supporting the staff recruitment requirements of NACG’s companies. This position will provide full-cycle recruitment support to the business, assisting primarily with union craft recruitment activities and responding to general human-resources related inquiries.

The ideal candidate will have a keen interest in recruitment and thrive in a fast paced environment. To be successful in this role, you should be able to work both autonomously and as a member of a highly-functioning team while keeping track of multiple tasks.

This is a 12 month contract position. NACG corporate office is currently offering a hybrid working model, 3 days in office and 2 days at home.

Salary: $48,946.00 to $54,704.
