Role Details

• Independent contractor (non-W2) & 100% remote
• Based in LATAM (Argentina, Brazil, Mexico, Colombia, or similar markets)
• Availability with meaningful overlap during US business hours required

What You'll Do

• Support full-cycle recruiting activities, including candidate sourcing, initial outreach, and resume screening for technical and non-technical roles
• Coordinate and schedule interviews across multiple time zones, ensuring a smooth candidate and stakeholder experience
• Maintain accurate candidate tracking and recruiting documentation within agreed-upon tools and processes
