Recruitment Cycle and Operations

• Manage the full cycle talent acquisition process for operational hourly positions, co‑op, and select salaried roles.
• Proactively identify, recommend, and implement improvements to day‑to‑day recruitment operations (coordination, onboarding, reporting, etc.) focusing on administrative excellence, automation, and efficiency.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to exceed their recruitment needs with a strong internal customer focus.
• Enable world‑class recruitment processes to ensure a positive candidate and internal customer experience.

University/Co‑op Program

• Drive and manage the Co‑op Ambassador program, including interviewing current co‑ops and explaining how they can become LMI Ambassadors.
• Manage co‑op grants applications and administration.
• Promote LMI’s co‑op opportunities through university/college events such as career fairs and information sessions.
