Recruitment coordinator (coimbatore)

We’re hiring a Recruiting Coordinator at Arcana for our Coimbatore office.

In this key coordination role, you’ll support scheduling, candidate communication, and keep the day-to-day rhythm of recruiting running smoothly. You’ll be the face of Arcana for many candidates — so we’re hoping you bring your own personality, interests, and positive energy into the mix.
What You’ll Do
Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and interviewers
Call candidates directly for scheduling, coordination, and screening
Manage candidate communication and follow-ups
Maintain accuracy in Greenhouse (our ATS) and use tools like Instahyre and Linked In
