Key Responsibilities:
Post job openings on various platforms and job portals
Source and attract candidates through multiple channels
Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates
Conduct interviews and coordinate with department heads
Manage onboarding for new employees
Maintain accurate recruitment records and reports
Assist in improving recruitment processes and employer branding
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in MS Office
