We are looking for a
Recruitment and Engagement Coordinator
to manage the full recruitment cycle for Care Professionals, ensuring high-quality hiring, onboarding, compliance, and engagement within a senior care environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead full-cycle recruitment (sourcing, interviewing, screening, hiring).
• Conduct background checks, MVRs, drug screenings, and reference checks.
• Coordinate onboarding, orientation, and training sessions.
• Maintain employment records (I-9, W-4, compliance documentation).
• Plan engagement initiatives and Care Pro seminars.
• Ensure compliance with federal and local labor regulations.
