The Opportunity
Our partner is a leading manufacturer, celebrated for its wide array of high-quality products They are considered one of Australia and New Zealand's largest manufacturers, employing over 7,000 people across 40 sites.
They are seeking a Recruitment Coordinator to lead, coordinate, and deliver high volume, bulk hiring recruitment process for all blue collar employees (entry level, manual laborer / industrial workers) roles.
The role requires experience in high volume-based recruitment, attention to detail, tenacity, internal & external stakeholder engagement, strong influencing and communication skills and the ability to switch priorities to meet the demands of the business.
