We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our Talent Acquisition team. The ideal candidate will support the recruitment process and ensure a positive candidate experience from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support Recruitment Process: Assist in managing job postings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
• Candidate Communication: Serve as the point of contact for candidates, providing timely updates and ensuring a positive candidate experience.
• Interview Coordination: Arrange and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
• Database Management: Maintain and update recruitment databases and tracking systems with candidate information and status updates.
• Onboarding Assistance: Support the onboarding process for new hires to ensure a smooth transition.
• Reporting: Assist in preparing recruitment-related reports and analytics.
