Recruitment Coordinator

Akkodis Tech Talent Services NSW is looking for an experienced Recruitment Coordinator to support our Sydney-based Account Managers and recruitment teams.

This role is focused on delivery support, coordination, and contractor management, helping enable the onshore team to operate more efficiently across high-volume enterprise accounts. You will play a key role in keeping recruitment processes moving, supporting candidates and contractors, and ensuring a seamless experience for clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Support Account Managers and recruiters with day-to-day recruitment delivery activities
• Assist with job qualification conversations alongside the team to clarify requirements
• Prepare candidates for interviews and provide interview guidance and support
