We are looking for individuals with prior experience in working in large matrix organization, dealing with high volume of requests and is able to thrive in a fast paced environment while maintaing high attention to detail
Candidates who are able to start work within short notice would be preferred.
The Talent
Bachelor's degre preferred
3+ years of experience in a similar capacity in recruitment scheduling and coordination
Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook or PC based calendar/meeting applications.
Complex Calendar Management experience

Coordinating interviews for candidates with speed and efficiency.
