Recruitment Director

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute mid‑ to long‑term recruitment strategies aligned with Southeast Asia expansion plans.
• Build and optimize end‑to‑end recruitment systems ensuring compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
• Lead hiring for senior leadership and critical technical roles across the region.
• Manage regional recruitment teams, set KPIs, and improve hiring effectiveness and ROI.
• Expand and manage recruitment channels including agencies, industry networks, and campus partnerships.
• Ensure recruitment processes align with visa, immigration, and compliance requirements.
• Handling employee relations matters where required.

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of recruitment experience with at least 5 years in Southeast Asia regional or multinational environments.
