Job Description
Key Responsibilities
· Develop and execute mid‑ to long‑term recruitment strategies aligned with Southeast Asia expansion plans.
· Build and optimize end‑to‑end recruitment systems ensuring compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
· Lead hiring for senior leadership and critical technical roles across the region.
· Manage regional recruitment teams, set KPIs, and improve hiring effectiveness and ROI.
· Expand and manage recruitment channels including agencies, industry networks, and campus partnerships.
· Ensure recruitment processes align with visa, immigration, and compliance requirements.
· Handling employee relations matters where required.
Requirements
· Minimum 8 years of recruitment experience with at least 5 years in Southeast Asia regional or multinational environments.
· Strong knowledge of recruitment markets in countries such as Vietnam, Thailand, Singapore, or Malaysia.
