Recruitment Executive

Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated HR Recruiter to join our HR team in a dual-capacity role. This position is ideal for a junior professional looking to build a career in recruitment and HR operations within the outsourcing industry.

You will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment execution (80% of role) and business partner support to our Outsourcing Department (20% of role), ensuring smooth placement of employees at client sites while maintaining compliance with MOM regulations and HR best practices.

Note: This role focuses on recruitment and employee placement support. It does not include payroll processing or performance appraisal responsibilities.
