Recruitment & HR Operations Specialist

We are seeking a dynamic and organized Recruitment & HR Operations Specialist to manage full-cycle recruiting while also supporting ongoing HR operations and consultant care.

This hybrid role requires someone who can successfully source and place top talent while also maintaining strong relationships with consultants, ensuring engagement, performance follow-up, and compliance with HR policies and processes.

The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, people-focused, and comfortable balancing recruitment targets with ongoing HR responsibilities.
