Main Responsibilities Recruitment Delivery/End-to-End Hiring
+ Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for junior to mid-level roles.
+ Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, timelines, and hiring priorities.
+ Source candidates through job boards, direct search, referrals, and professional networks.
+ Conduct phone and virtual screening interviews to assess qualifications, experience, salary expectations, and cultural fit.
