Key Responsibilities

• Assist with end-to-end recruitment processes including job postings, screening, and interview coordination.
• Source and shortlist candidates through job portals, social media, and other channels.
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• Participate in recruitment drives and employer branding activities.
• Ensure a smooth candidate experience through timely communication and follow-ups.
