Recruitment intern

Scale Shore Consulting is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Recruitment Intern to join our Talent Acquisition team. This role is ideal for a recent graduate or early-career professional looking to gain hands-on experience within a fast-paced recruitment environment.

The primary focus of this position will be candidate screening and initial vetting. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the recruitment team by identifying suitable applicants, conducting preliminary assessments, and ensuring only well-matched candidates progress through the hiring process.

This is a structured learning opportunity with exposure to full-cycle recruitment, and talent sourcing within the IT, telecoms, and professional services sectors.
